SALES TEAM

After submitting your application, we will email you to schedule a virtual meeting to discuss Coffee:30 ownership and learn more about you. If we feel you are a great fit, we will send you a personality assessment and financial application for review.

Once approved, you will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and be connected with our lending partners for preapproval.

Fifteen days after confirming receipt of the FDD and securing bank preapproval, we will schedule your Discovery Day to meet our team, tour operations, and take the next step toward becoming a Coffee:30 owner.

REAL ESTATE TEAM

Once your Coffee:30 franchise agreement is signed, we will either have a suitable location ready for you or begin the search for the perfect site. Our real estate team will assist in negotiating all terms through a Letter of Intent (LOI).

After the LOI is approved, the landlord will draft the lease, and our experienced real estate attorneys will review and negotiate it to ensure your interests are protected. Once the lease is signed, our support team will begin working with you to move the process forward.

ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION TEAM

After your lease is signed, our architecture team will begin designing your Coffee:30 using our approved prototype. Once the preliminary plans are approved, they will complete a full set of drawings, including MEPs, for county or parish permitting.

While permits are processed, we will send your plans to our trusted contractors for bidding, including any contractor you wish to add. After reviewing all bids, we will help you select the right partner.

Once permits are approved, construction begins. Most locations receive their Certificate of Occupancy within about 90 days, with equipment arriving during the final month.In the first week of construction, we begin recruiting your manager, who will train with our Coffee:30 support team to prepare for a successful opening.

TRAINING TEAM

Within 30 days of construction, your manager will be hired and enrolled in a six-week training program. You are encouraged to participate in as much of the training as you’d like.

After training is complete, your manager will begin hiring your full team and preparing for the three-week onsite training that begins once your Certificate of Occupancy is received. This includes two weeks of staff training, followed by a friends and family opening, and then your grand opening celebration.

Once your Coffee:30 is open, our team will conduct 30, 60, and 90-day audits to ensure your operations, team, and processes are running smoothly for long-term success.

Our marketing team will help you launch your Coffee:30 with impact, ensuring your community knows you are opening and building excitement around your brand. From coordinating your grand opening to creating buzz through digital campaigns, social media, and local outreach, our strategists handle every detail.

We manage and respond to all customer reviews within 48 hours, resolve any guest concerns with care, and maintain an active presence on social media with 2 to 4 weekly posts promoting your specials, events, and seasonal features. All posts are boosted according to your marketing budget to maximize visibility and reach. Beyond digital marketing, we focus on community connection with local schools and organizations, creating partnerships that bring people together. You will also receive monthly reports tracking engagement, loyalty program sign-ups, and customer feedback so you always know how your café is performing.
